Trent provides a unique perspective in advising clients with leasing and acquisition/disposition projects. As a former attorney, he is skilled in balancing creative vision with realistic deal-making. His clients are diverse across product types including corporate office, multi-market healthcare clinics, and retail. He has extensive experience in adaptive reuse projects with mixed components of both creative office and amenity retail.
Away from work, Trent values spending quality time with his wife, Alex, and their two children. He’s a frequent jogger, an avid sports fan, and loves to try new restaurants. Trent appreciates the creative culture in Music City and serves on the Board of Directors for the Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville.

Will delivers comprehensive project planning and execution to Sagemont clients, tailoring his service to meet the needs of each client at each project. Will worked his way through school in the employ of a general contractor then at the University of Memphis HVAC shop. He was also the battalion welder in his local Tennessee Army National Guard unit at the time. His roots in the trades paired with his education and experience in real estate development give Will the ‘bought knowledge’ and technical aptitude to inform his clients on project feasibility and specific risks. He frames his process around understanding what defines project success to each client.
Will, his wife, Heather, and their daughters enjoy travel and theatre. Will is also fond of the great outdoors and can frequently be found (though not too easily) fishing, kayaking, or hiking.

In her spare time, you can find Lanier enjoying the outdoors, reading the latest on Reese Witherspoon’s book club list, or exploring Nashville’s vibrant restaurant scene.

She enjoys spending time with her partner, Derrick, and her family, as well as attending Nashville Soccer Club games and trying one of Nashville’s many new restaurants.
