Who We Are
Proudly based in Nashville, our company was founded with the convergence of three partners.
While we have different backgrounds and skill sets, we share a common passion for serving clients and solving their problems, big and small.
Trent provides a unique perspective in advising clients with leasing and acquisition/disposition projects. As a former attorney, he is skilled in balancing creative vision with realistic deal-making. His clients are diverse across product types including corporate office, multi-market healthcare clinics, and retail. He has extensive experience in adaptive reuse projects with mixed components of both creative office and amenity retail.
Away from work, Trent values spending quality time with his wife, Alex, and their 4-year-old son. He’s a frequent jogger, an avid sports fan, and loves to try new restaurants. Trent appreciates the creative culture in Music City and serves on the Board of Directors for the Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville.
Jeremiah brings a deep understanding of the market to his clients due to his extensive experience in economic development. In his current role, Jeremiah assists healthcare clients with the development and implementation real estate strategies to provide the best outcome possible. With expertise in both tenant and landlord leasing, as well as the acquisition and disposition of assets, Jeremiah’s broad knowledge guides clients through a range of scenarios and transaction types.
Jeremiah and his family enjoy hiking the trails at Warner Park along with visiting the nature center with their daughter. He is Vice-President of the board for Friends of Warner Parks. They enjoy traveling, listening to live music, and Jeremiah is an aspiring upright bass player.
Stephen focuses on serving healthcare services leaders in a variety of areas to support their firms’ real estate needs, across the life cycle of the company and their assets. A consultant at heart, he enjoys collaborating with clients at the intersection of people, processes, technologies, data, and strategy to develop and implement custom solutions. Additionally, he prides himself on an ability to work through complex development, leasing, and capital markets projects, with extensive experience on build-to-suit leasing projects.
Outside of work, Stephen spends time with his wife, Kimberly, chasing their three small children around town and training at CrossFit to keep up with them. A Louisiana native, he enjoys fishing and rich Cajun cuisine. When given the opportunity to truly “geek out,” he attempts to keep up with the latest technology and data trends, including AI, IOT, AVs, and blockchain.
